We started out this day by playing Alphabet Bingo. I loved this board because it let you put your own letters on it, and that way I could put just the ones we have learned.
Sorry that I don't have a link. I googled "Alphabet Bingo" images, and this was there. I had to copy and paste it into a folder. When I went to the site I couldn't find it. Sorry.

I cut up a picture of an elephant for a puzzle, and this is how they had to figure out what we were learning about next.
I love the handprint elephants. We will have to make one. I found that e was a little difficult to teach. My son can identify capital and lower case Ee, but has a difficult time remembering the sound. Any suggestions?
ReplyDeleteI don't know...my kids learned the sound before the letter because we had been talking about our dog Edgar, and they love to say "E, E, Edgar." And "M, M, Maggie." They do that with all of our names and objects around the house.
